Born and raised daughter of a "Factory Man" in Mooroopna in Victoria, Tamara began singing and performing at the tender age of 10. Her debut album "The Way The World Is" (ABC/EMI) was a stunning piece of work catapulting Tamara into the forefront of Australian Country Music's spotlight. #1 hits, on both radio and TV, touring with the hottest acts in the business- Tamara had finally 'arrived".

Her second album self titled- was released in 2005. A more contemporary singer/songwriter album, it opened doors for Tamara in the mainstream world and her reputation as one of this country's most talented songwriters was well carved. It's a stunning album exploring a 'transition' for Tamara not only in genre but also emotionally, artistically and personally.
