STALLHOLDER REGISTRATION OF INTEREST

We have pleasure in releasing our 2008 Toyota Muster Stallholder Registration of Interest. The Toyota Muster will run from Tuesday 26th August to Sunday 31st August 2008.

We would like to remind stallholders that the appearance of their stand should be presentable, clean and tidy - most of our regular stallholders already run a very well-presented stand, for which we thank you. Stands should be both well constructed and visually pleasing - the use of pieces of tarps and groundsheets or "blue tarp" shelters is not recommended if you wish to remain at the event.

For those Stallholders whose livelihood encompasses travelling to various festivals or similar events, a well turned-out stand is a worthwhile investment; not only to meet the Gympie Apex Clubs regulations but to be appealing to potential customers.

It would therefore be appreciated, even if you have been attending festival for several years, that you ensure that your stall's appearance conforms to the site regulations.

Instructions for Completing the Stallholders Registration of Interest Form:

l This registration is not a guarantee of space;
l There is important information included with this registration form;
l The list of products you are requesting to sell/display/promote/ giveaway must be specific. A registration will be accepted only on the basis of your product list (please refer to Banned Items List included on the Stallholders Registration of Interest) so please be meticulous.
l Please remember to enclose your deposit ($200.00) and a copy of current public liability with this application - balance of fees will be required no later than July 18th 2008 should your registration be successful. (unsuccessful registrations will have their deposit returned prior to the Toyota Muster 2008)
l All event admission fees (which will be offered to successful stallholders at a reduced rate) are to be paid before July 30th 2008. After this date patron ticket prices will be effective.

This form can be downloaded and printed for mailing to PO Box 616, Gympie, Q, 4570. (Please print and keep a copy for your own information). Registrations close Friday May 23rd 2008. Registrations, photos/plans etc are retained on file for future reference.

All food outlets at Toyota Muster 2008 are operated by non-profit organisations.

The Muster is reliant on a number of sponsorships for it's very existence. As part of some sponsorship agreements there are a number of sponsors products given exclusive selling rights within the Muster site. (We could require from Stallholders, a list of items and brand names before final approval is given to operate any stall within the Muster 2008 site.)

Successful Stallholders will be notified in writing together with an Agreement for signing. This signed agreement must be returned to Gympie Apex Club within 14days of the date of the letter to confirm acceptance of Stall.
