ROOTS ‘N ALL SHOWCASE

The inaugural Roots ‘n All show will shine the spotlight on some of Australia’s finest exponents of the ‘Americana’ genre.

Americana incorporates elements of various mostly acoustic American roots music styles, including country, roots-rock, folk, gospel and bluegrass resulting in a distinctive roots-oriented sound that lives in a world apart from the pure forms of the genres upon which it may draw”.  Influenced by the American form, Aussie artists have developed their own distinctive style of Americana which will be on show in the Muster Club on Friday August 24.
